Who is going to be on the stage that's what I want to know
Looking for a new permanent guitarist to replace Malcolm Young and possibly a new drummer if Phil Rudd goes down
My even apply to replace Phil myself
Nah the guys are past their sell bye date, Brian struggling kow with his vocals and Angus getting too old to be strutting about in his school uniform |

I will be going but a word of caution guys I hope the promoters will sort out the farce the last time they played, the way the stage was if you were behind the goals in the stand you could see nothing if the band.
I was behind a goal area but was lucky enough to get on the pitch but there was a lot if people who never got to see anything that night.
I'm going to try to get standing tickets but as I say the promotors surely can't fuck up again |

Tickets organised.
There needs to be some sort of reconciliation/harmony between the prices of recorded and live music - the problem seems to be that recorded music is now seen as virtual music - and therefore free. Artists need to make a living and their most obvious point of control is live music.
I can see Dylan, Springsteen, Cohen and the scarcely seen Tom waits for less - and some great bands / artists for £15 or less - this isn't sustainable.
Recent purchases include Nick Cave - as much as I'd care to pay for a show - and I've got a pile of Celtic Connections gigs coming up - Here's hoping the artists work as hard as I do... |
