Worked at the one in Gourock one year and hated the place,typical big company using "cheap labour" to extract the urine from in some cases desperate individuals.

I have heard such warehouses described as the human equivalent of battery farms, operated by an unethical, exploitative, rapacious, tax-evading bunch of corporate crooks. Not having been there, I couldn't deny or verify that description, but this former Amazon employee certainly has .....
“I would never work for this company again, I felt like a slave trapped in a big metal cage.”
(from a change.org petition demanding Amazon pay a living wage) - rather than the inadequate remuneration of the minimum wage, which in effect requires the taxpayer to subsidise Amazon profits through tax credits.
