"Great guitarist but Myles Kennedy is at the Moment one of the best frontmen on the planet.Should be a great night-enjoy."
Myles was very good, yes, he's got a great voice. |

"Anyone go going along to hydro on Thursday for the Slash gig. "
Good band - and they put on a good show - but the Hydro's not for me - 3rd and last time there - soulless place - feels like an aircraft hanger. I'd consider going back to see Elvis, supported by Johnny Cash, The Ramones and James King & The Lone Wolves. Short of that - no.
Here's hoping they go for somewhere like Barrowlands next time. (I have issues with that venue too!) |

No chance of barrowlands or anywhere of that size anymore, unfortunately it's gonna always be the cash cow that is places like the hydro, where you'd be as well sitting at home watching the dvd |

If you catch bands before they hit a certain level of fame you can always see them at Barrowlands. Seen Foo Fighters there when they first toured the UK.
Also seen them at the SECC many years ago (supporting the Prodigy believe it or not) and the difference in the sound and atmosphere was unbelievable. SECC was totally crap. |
