One stone and a half pound in two weeks lost this taking your clothes off in front of strangers can fairly boost your will power that and realizing BBC did not stand for big beautiful cunts so there isn't a kink scene out there for me |

It's been a slow process lost over three stone last year but couple of pounds going back on spurred me back into action on a sensible diet with Scottish slimmers so hopefully will settle down to one to two pounds a week |

I lost 4 stone and whacked about 2.5 back on this year just through circumstances changing and lost motivation .
Back on it now . Cut carbs and high protein . Back to the gym |

I've lost almost 3 stone with slimming world. It's brilliant! Managed 13.5 off in my first two weeks but I'm averaging 2lbs a week now, more than happy with that!  |

Slimming World for me: lost 3 stone and have kept it off. It was so easy and changed the way I eat. Still go to the meetings though to keep motivated! |

We should have our own branch of Scottish slimmers where we bring along condoms lube and the like for the raffle and have magic wands as raffle prizes once a month
And a blowjob or multiple orgasms as our half stone or stone awards and you get whatever you want for getting to target. Lol

Iv lot 2 stone in 4 months due to sciatica n heavy meds. everybody has commented on it. usually id be delighted but knowing why iv lost it makes me hate it.  actually affected my confedance never never thought id say i hate loseing weight ??? |

Well done on all your weight losses. Im trying so hard to slim down too. Slimfreeze will hopefully really work for me if my friends results are anything to go by. Diet and exercise are great and important but as a suppliement to target specific areas fast like tummy or love handles it's great. Going for my first treatment next week xx

Non surgical liposuction. Basically it freezes fat cells to break them down. Then the inches melt away. You can do any where and it doesn't hurt. My friend had it done and loved it so much she trained and now does it for others. X |
