Any fellow bikers fancy setting a social meet for drinks and chat and see what happens

Yes this is the time to fill tank full to the brim, grease up chain and stick bike in garage on front & rear stands

some drain tank fully, I prefer to fill full as it prevents build up of rust in tank

used to ride bike all year round but as years go on I prefer car for winter and bike just for summer warmer weather fun, guess its the feminine side of me coming out

"Ducati is on the stands and trickle charger for me "

Trickle Charger is the most important piece of equipment for long storage, rather than remove battery especially if fitted with nightmare alarm systems

"Anywhere can get a decent bike stand? "

Machine mart have paddock stands for £50 or go whole hog and get a lift on eBay for about the same. Need to bolt the latter to your garage floor though probably.

Or just ride it

Pay that little bit extra, get a "Abba" stand for trouble free maintenance and easy access

Glasgow

Am checking the weather forecast as I fancy a wee run out this weekend if it stays dry.

Bike is taxed for 12 months so always hopeful of a decent day to get out.

Would be good to meet up with some fellow bikers.
