I've been to some lovely places but my favourite will always be Princess Street Gardens. It's great for people watching or just escaping to. It's the place of memories for me too
However the beach in Cancun at sunrise was spectacular |

Parts of Aberdeenshire are particular favourites because they are breathtakingly beautiful with very special memories...
...but Venice is a city I adore. Its unique. |

"Maybe a little eclectic; Rothiemurchus, Aberdeenshire, France, Dom Rep.
All of France Bothy???
The south for the weather, but also the Royan/La Rochelle/Cognac area."
OK, based on that may I recommend Normandy, the Cotentin Peninsula in particular, Rothiemurcus with an accent |

NYC too and Chicago close behind... go to Grand rapids 5 times a year but best part is Chicago or NY 'me' trip on way back... awesome cities regardless to what season; then again I feel the same about Auld Reekie too! ... |

"I did not like New York too much I prefer European City's. I am off to Rome in April which is one of my favourites."
Rome is a great city. We went in August though and it was scorching. May try June next time. |

I travel frequently so for what it's worth here is my top ten city's:
1. Glasgow - Always good to return and love the people.
2. Rome as explained earlier and Michangelo's Piety
3. Paris just because
4. London - there's soo much to do and see. I have only experienced a fraction.
5. Brno - 2nd city of the CZ Republic and the 1st eastern European City I visited. Not been to Prague yet but I suspect that will be on the list
6. Portland Oeregan my favourite city in the USA green and fresh
7. Mumbai just chaotic but fascinating
8. Hong Kong I remember the food, don't take things for granted
9. Tokyo - Amazing and should be higher in the list
10. Kathmandu - similar comment to Tokyo
