Looking for some advice and both positive and Negative stories about working with someone your having a relationship with!
Ive been seeing someone on and off for a few months but she's looking for something I'm not! My worry is that if I end it, there is the work issue and awkwardness to worry about!
Conversely if we become "Serious" I will have to still see her every day!
Not sure what to do! Any advice appreciated!

Best thing to do is chat with her if you have not already done that,
Explain the situation don't just be with her to avoid the awkwardness its not fair on you both |

Having been in this situation more than once, I wouldn't recommend it. I have been in awkward positions and yet I still manage to find my way back in to them. As long as you set out the rules from the start, no strings, nothing after, etc!!! You need to trust the other party also..... TRUST is Key!!!

Don't know if I'm just greedy!
I think sometimes I would like the vanilla normal life! Then the wee devil on my shoulder starts talking in the other ear 
The thing is she is really nice and laid back but suppose I just want the best of both worlds  |

at least you're saying that's what you want here . Maybe she would go for it if you shared things with her regarding your lifestyle. Suppose that's the part that would make it difficult to go back to a vanilla life for me .
I'd personally say that work relationships tend not to work for the most but like everything else you won't know if you Don't try it or let her know how you feel xx |
