Don't know if this is as good a cause as most that pop up in the form's. But if you could all take 5 minutes to Google time to change Pledge, make your pledge and help end the stigma of mental health.
Having lost a girlfriend to suicide, self harmer since my early teens this is really close to my heart.
Sorry if others brand this morbid etc too your opinion STFU, it's about the awareness and bring a taboo subject to light. |

You have nothing to apologise for, losing a loved one to suicide is the hardest thing I've ever experienced and it ruins families because the information and support just isn't good enough in this country. More needs to done |

Thanks everyone, it's a tough subject I've always been open about my mental health and my self harming, back In my early teens a few people hadn't given me the time of day claiming I was nuts or needing locking up or an attention seeker mind you those same people thought me and my girlfriend weren't for real either -_-, some people just can't see the bigger picture nor comprehend why some of us feel that way and do the thing's we do. Sometimes it just simply don't have the answers they seek. |

As a nurse for the last twenty years there is a noticeable shift in society's views and reaction to mental health suffers it lags behind the way gay people are treated but it is getting better and like other predujices with time there will be little to no stigma education is key |
