I have a very unusual situation and do not know best way to resolve the situation; advise welcome!
Over the past 6 months I have been having some fun with one of my female tenants, she is from Italy and is on secondment with work, travels home every other wkend to visit family and boyfriend.
The younger brother has just finished further education and is taken a year out and arrived last week.
Let's just say the family have genes of beauty, fitness and intellect!
I was asked that our 'fun sessions' be kept discrete and whilst wishing to continue to be promiscuous we must plan around wee brothers day as welll as our own.
As requested I have introduced him to a few individuals his own age and our common interest in sport and sailing has allowed us to connect and I can envisage a few games of 5's etc.
After my usual playing of kicking around with ball on Monday we headed for quick shower and I dropped him off before heading for dinner.
On Tuesday I received a txt to say he was up for playing more and said if I was up for 'other activities' he would consider!
I am no fool, see the signs and know he is looking for fun in and oit of bedroom... he is hot wee fucker and sure can even teach me a thing or two while I teach him some scottish culture; should I stay clear or go for it?!
Thoughts appreciated!
