I have seen people that hold a partys and put them on a profile I have found two couples that do this but they don't post them as meets so they're hard to search for does anyone know of any others that hold partys |

There are always private parties going on but most tend to keep them between friends so wouldn't advertise them on the meets section.
So if they do a status update it's probably to notify their friends who might want to attend that they are having one.
It just saves them mailing people as those free to attend would get in touch   |

I am one of those who host parties. The difficulty is finding reliable people. It is amazing how many are adamant they are coming and then just don't turn up. For that reason I first approach people I know will turn up. The other problem is space. There is only space for a couple of singles so it is very difficult for singles to get invited. Having said that it is always good to meet new people. My advice is to approach people having parties in a respectful manner, keep patient and if possible find a partner so that you can go as a couple. |

all sounds good till find a partner why ? Its another form of decipt they wouldnt be a cpl mearly two singles pitching up if I aint good enough on my own I certainly wouldnt want my partneraround

It's not about not being good enough it's simply that it is easier to get invited as a couple as places for singles are limited. Just being practical. As a single man myself I'm very well aware how difficult it is to get invites! |

Yeah we've thrown a few parties as such  single guys always message and we always invite a few but the amount that don't turn up is unreal and then they moan when you ignore future messages from them? lol

Suppose it is a no win situation sometimes.
Example is CJ nights when the "full for single guys" goes up.(% in relation to couples ?)
They all turn up and it is some couples that don't leaving it very single guy heavy lol. |

If I get the chance of a meet or a party I will always turn up unless there was a damn good reason and even then I would at least give the organiser a call to explain why and apologise I am actually general early my first time at cj's I was there 30 min at least before anyone else appeared lol |
