If you get a call from this number 0191 308 2643 it's most likely a "PPI team" (which was an indian voice and was the only accent to be herd in the back ground) that ask to speak to you and then confirm your DOB and address so they can send out a "pack" to start the claims process. Which with me was spot on but I played daft and asked for them to tell me there comoany name, which she just balnked. So i asked to speak a manager who was clearly pissed off that I clicked on as I asked exactly to the penny how much it was I was receiving they said £1800 (to round a figure) to which I told them i will be contacting the police and then the guy was furious and hung up |
