Well wee update I didn't get to bed till after 5am and couldn't find the thing so I was brave and put my big girl pants on and told myself it had gone elsewhere . Rather proud of myself but no thanks to some of the comments on here lol "
the last part was a joke lol...spiders(especially our native ones) have no interest in us, anything that happens is most likely accidental, and they are quite apt at ridding ur home of other pests that may be spreading disease.

I can just about cope with spiders , thats what shoes are for , but its wasps and moths that freak me out. Especially on dark nights , table lamp on , a moth flying about looks as if it has the wingspan of a 747 , feel sick thinking about it lol |
