It's a great gym with plenty of equipment. I've never been stuck to use anything. The fact it's 24hrs too suits me as I work shifts.
So many budget gyms opening up now all so much cheaper with out the pool. If like me your not a big swimmer then they're ideal. |

There's 24 hour gyms nowadays? I need to look into this lol. That would be perfect for me on my nights off, as a nightshift worker, and I've been lacking the motivation to get back to one-I'm not feeling the energy to get up early to go before work and the same when i finish, but middle of the night works for me!
Anybody know any city centre ones? |

It's been years since i was a gym goer (you know the type-constantly saying i need to get back somewhere...but never actually doing it lol). Last time i had a membership it was the menzies hotel, but when it was under it's old name (that shows how long ago lol)-but i made use of it three or for times a week for at least a couple hours at a time. |

Do you work for them? Your posts sound very 'stealth-sales'.
I'm a member of The Gym in Edinburgh and It's far too busy at all times of the year, usually have to wait for benches or adjust my workout because of it. |

It's a great gym was a member when it first opened but have since joined PURE gym in Paisley as it closer to my work. That's the good think about these budget gyms with no fixed term can leave when you want and join the nearest to the site am on ...  |
