No it is a thicker viscous fluid that has similar property's to sem but more fluid and no spermatozoa obvoiusly

Squirting is a unique sensation not unpleasant but real orgasms are much more intense for me.
Only happened a couple of times, I liken it to someone hitting your reflex point to make your leg kick, I think the mechanics of it are quite clinical, it's just the right point being hit. And having done it, have to say I think there's a fair amount of wee in there, nowhere else stores that much liquid so not in a hurry for a repeat performance.
Would much rather have the leg quivering , muscle clenching hot flushing feel of a real orgasm any day.
Think the obsession leads to too much pressure on men to make it happen and women to do it.
Orgasm all the way for me.

but it is also known as female ejaculation and is definitely not pee. Unfortunately there are a lot of porn sites that class pee as squirting and will no doubt lead to confusion. Obviously I've never been on these sites just heard about them
