Hi folks,
We are not going to be beat about the bush with this message.
We've got well over 220 names for this social and have sent the payment details out umpteen times now .
With it being a big and busy social ,plus the time of year, the venue are requiring deposits and payments for food and DJ etc.
If you've paid up then you have a place. Many thanks to all that have done so already.
However those who haven't paid we have no alternative but to remove your names from the list ,unless you've mailed us to discuss when payment is being made.
It's been 4 months since we put the original posting up for this and it's not like we are asking for a lot of money from you to go .
So the list is now a first come, first served basis and if you haven't paid then you're being taken off the list .
Sorry but we've been left with no choice . Not paying out for people who can't pay up !!!
If you require a place and want details sent again please PM us or post on forums .

All paid up and hotel sorted too.
Come on people I'd you've no intentions of coming to this social at least let the organisers know.
For those that do get paid up so the organisers can't get final figures to the venue...these nights don't pay for themselves. |
