I've had a bad back for a couple of months and today called the physio.

I'm now on a waiting list that could be up to 12 weeks.

I'm not really wanting to go another 3 months without sex. Can anyone recommend some good positions for a lady with lower back pain?

Doc told a friend of mine sex is the best thing for a bad back that and keeping mobile try tens and heat packs or maybe a nice soak and prolonged oral and tit play with lots of kissing and massaging xxx

Had this issue with a trapped nerve. Sciatica. Still managed sex. Nothing to rough. Missionary, on top. As long as your leg is comfy. Take painkillers a good 30 mins before sex . Lots of Tlc kissing takes your mind off it.
