Why do people put false locations on there profile ?? Ie says from Glasgow. When there Balloch. Surely

More chance of meeting if you gave your true location. Guy say stays in Glasgow and he is Dumbarton. Don't get that ??

I think its just to "widen the net". I'm sure there are more folk looking for meets etc. in Glasgow than Dumbarton. Suppose it only causes problems for him when he does actually get someone interested & he tells them he actually lives the other side if the Erskine Bridge.
