Sadly I've put on some weight, need to shift it again. If only I could stop eating sweets!

I feel your pain. It's ice cream and cakes for me and bars of dairy milk caramel or oreo. Despite the daily gym sessions I'm still chunky because I can't give up all the foods I love so much!
