"Ok this is a No vote plug.
Recent clamp downs in Edinburgh on clubs and saunas just tells you where the prudish Tartan Torys will take us. Woman's Rights????
Vote no and keep swinging free."
Spot on. It was all going swingingly till Macaskilljoy instructed Steve House to clamp down on innocent folk having fun. |

I read up on this when someone mention the legality of clubs in chat it was actually laws past through west minister like two hundred years ago that complicate the legality of clubs in Scotland the common belief is that independence would make us much more liberal 7 other European states have specifically legalised clubs
the problem is west minister was built around feudalism and has been adapted for modern times but it is to tied in to archaic morality and traditional values hell look at our second house the house of lords elected by hereditary title and internal nomination not voting or the fact we aren't meant to have a state religion but are government meets in west minister ABBY a place of religious worship
the entire system needs over halled and taken back to basics but the establishment is going to take decades to change this if ever short of an armed revolution
they go on how lucky we are to live in democracy look at the definition of democracy written in ancient Greece and look at what we have they are mile apart
look at are great history together ye look at the feckin baggage that comes with we used to have an empire why not anymore cause everyone else in it said feck this

And we do have a state religion Anglicanism with the Queen as it's head. Scotland has a form of Presbyterianism as the official Church of Scotland not sure where the Queen fits into that but I suspect she does. |
