Spaghetti bolognese.
I've never tasted any thing like it.
Second only to her leek & potatoe soup, you could stand your spoon up in it, it was so think (breakfast on a cold morning).

To be honest it was more like veg stew with lots of leek, potato & ham hock thrown in. She said don't think about it just throw stuff in a pot & see what happens lol

It's to be a homemade soup, then Sunday roast, with creamy mash potatoes, gravy & home grown vegetables .....
Then her homemade sticky toffee pudding with homemade ice-cream.... Mmmm

Dad was the cook and Mum was the baker. He would do roasts, steak pie, soups for Sunday dinner and Mum would always have a great pudding...she made a pavlova with chocolate custard and cream that was divine. Total podge out. |

My mum stopped cooking when my dad came back 8 years ago.. She's never been in the kitchen since haha! My dad's cooking however, second to none! Would never tell him that but he's an absolutely amazing cook! Anything he makes is awesome |
