For the Friday 12th sept anyone know why? is there an event on that night?

Rooms for Glasgow are either sold out or very pricy.

Thanks guys just someone was looking for a room for the night of the social but there is nothing under £100 hence why I thought there might have been some kind of event on.

I was looking the last time and all hotels were either booked or stupid money! Don't mind paying that for a decent hotel but for a travel lodge!!!!

I wondered if Glasgow is doing well from tourists after the success of the commonwealth games! All they people from all over thought we got great weather and booked to come over!!!

Caprona

Does no one utilise the smaller hotels around town. One or two on Bath st near the Griffin, a fair few near the Kelvin Lorne, of course the trusty B+B type adjacent to Oran Mor are actually quite nice inside.
