Christmas Social Reminder

Hi there guys ,
At this moment in time we have approximately 200 people's names sitting on the list and still the names are being added with 3 months to go !!!
We don't want to seem pushy BUT we really need payment to secure your places .
We are planning on closing the list at 250 names . A reserve list for anyone wishing to add their names will be in place thereafter, in the event of anyone cancelling .
This will now be an event where you NEED make payment in order to secure your place as it's proven to have a high demand ,sorry but this is how it has to be .
This msg will also be sent to all who still have to pay for this event so please take the time to read the mail and respond accordingly . If you are unable to attend please could you advise us as soon as you can .
If you require payment details to be sent or resent then please let us know asap.
Look forward to seeing all of you on the night .
