Started out on a low but have beasted my way through the work and did not succumb to food as a therapy. 6 mile hill run tonight. Then maybe I'll get my mojo back. |

I ended a 6 month dark spell yesterday. My own fault for not thinking straight in the begining and being so bloody minded during. Yesterday I just said fuck it. Sorted and now I'm free of it  
Some credit goes to a little ladyfriend with some issues of her own that made mine seem petty xx |
