When I looked for some details about this site, it was hosted on an Australian webserver.

So it's possible that the Uni site is hosted on the same place and someone at it, hacked onto this site and grabbed some data.

puting up a disclaimer is a total waste of space. We'd love to hear of someone trying to take them to court to sue them, would be laughed out of court but the daily rags would have a field day
