Hoping its a natural thing whereby suddenly domino's and playing bowls suddenly excite you more than swinging, three's n two's never lose dontcha know,lol |

carole hunni in my opinion when it becomes less fun then maybe its time to stop but only u will know when that time is right.... it has nothing to do with age but how u feel about swinging urself . |

Well a friend of mine is 46 and she's 'stepped back' from swinging, not sure if it's permanent or just a temporary thing for her.
Personally, I'll quit when it starts to feel 'wrong', not really sure how to put it. |

Guess you know when the time is right, like you did when you started, lifes too short to worry about it thoe so if you still enjoy it well go for it.
