Traffic light system is always something that everyone knows and have used myself but it really doesn't matter what word you use as long as there is one ....

Yellow to mean ur getting close to my limits ease off.
Red - stop what u are doing right this minute.
I had an ex who would gag me so I couldn't speak. I would have something in my hand to make a noise with if he was near my limit. |
