Does anyone else get them? I have 2 kind of regular ones that happen plus one random one that has cropped up twice in the past 3 months. All are very real, to the point I wake up sweating and usually crying.

Yes and I've talked the most recent one through with C as he was in it. Made him promise not to wear the outfit he had on in the dream ever with me again!

At least 2 nights a week i wake in a shivering mess from reoccurring nightmares, the worst part is that it leaves you feeling horrible the next day

I've had one recurring nightmare since I was involved in several traumatic incidents at work over 15 years ago. Thankfully it's less frequent now but still as harrowing when it does happen as it was the 1st time.

Since returning from Iraq I used to have frequent nightmares. Not so bad now but I do still have a recurring nightmare every so often that leaves me waking up shaking, sweating and sometimes crying. What makes it worse is it actually was a real life event that happened

I have one recurring nightmare which I hate. I wake up in floods of tears and struggling to breathe. Its the most horrible feeling. When I'm having it it seems just so real. If I'm very unsettled emotionally I can have the same dream several times a week. I seem to be able to remember bad dreams much more easily than the nice ones....
