"The original Omen, still scares the shit out of me even now!
The opening theme tune puts the fear of God in me!!!! "
Likewise, I can usually be found cowering behind the couch when the 1st few bars of it are played lol |

As a child who experienced very powerful night terrors for me "Insidious" really, really terrifies me. It is all to real for me watching it, and I seem to get a twisted sense of nostalgic dread when watching it. Proper shit my pants stuff. |

Horror has never bothered me... but there are some seriously jumpy moments in Event Horizon that spooked me.
And as a young teen amityville scared the hell outta me! |

Do you think the era of scary horror movies is in the past? Or are we all a bit more hardened to blood and gore?
I used to get scared at some old horror movies, but modern attempts never seem to live up to my expectations. |

"yeah saw movie were ok but dunno if you can call them horror?
agree tho not much taboo these das god I sound old am 36 honest lol"
I think that these days the film makers are more interest in shocking the audience than horrifying them, a true horror film gets inside your head. |

"The IT clown is the scariest creation and Salems lot is high up there."
pennywise the clown, watched that about a fortnight ago.
Tim curry was excellent, very menacing. |

I have a phobia of clowns anyway, so have to admit, I cannot watch IT.
I find the saw type films disturbing rather than horror scary. |
