Yup salts and vit c need replaced, so pure orange, then water then/and salt n vinegar crips, sausage, bacon, egg, tattie scone, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding and probably a vow tae never drink again,,awww,lol

Try and alternate alcoholic drinks with soft drinks or water when out and always try and drink a pint or two of water before bed, if you remember! Or...... stick to champagne, never gives me a hangover lmao! |

Agree with many of the comments
Water during the evening def works, but the best if it can be done is to take 2 paracetamol with water immediately before bed.
In the morning hangover sex followed by big brekkie and more sex
Works for us every time

As an expert on hangovers here is my solution. Might not work for you but it helps me.
Drink 2 pints of water before going to sleep.
Take 2 milk thistle tablets also before bed. This cleanses your liver.
In the morning take 1 sachet of Morrisons headache and upset stomach powders in a glass of water.
One can of red bull.
A bowl of porridge then 2 poached eggs with bacon and a mug of coffee.
Sorted.
