I took the wee fella and my best mate to the pics to see this. Actually pretty damn good (we mis-timed seeing the film we were going to) and were advised the maleficient isn't too scary, and it wasn't. |

The best movie of the year so far - tho I would say that as I've been following the making of it since it was announced, & knew when I saw Angelina in test makeup that this was the role she was destined to play. She gets the voice down perfect, looks awesome & carries the entire movie with some good support from the rest of the cast. The look of the movie is stunning tho I'm going again to see it in 2D as I'm not sure 3D added anything stand out to it. Perhaps the thinking was lets just make a damn fine 2D movie & showcase Jolie to her magnificent best. Or should that be Maleficent best?  |
