with such hectic lives some miss out on breakfast which is a door-way opening for class 2 diabetes

So what you all have for breakfast, ive just finished 2 soft boiled eggs with toast and about to finish off with a large banana, which allows me to practice on my oral skills too

Breakfast is the best meal of the day! Usually it's cereal (Special K, Crunchy Nut or Muesli), toast and a yoghurt. Although I have scrambled eggs on toast once a week and I make a special creme frâiche, bacon and mushroom breakfast at the weekend also.
