with such hectic lives some miss out on breakfast which is a door-way opening for class 2 diabetes
So what you all have for breakfast, ive just finished 2 soft boiled eggs with toast and about to finish off with a large banana, which allows me to practice on my oral skills too |

Breakfast is the best meal of the day! Usually it's cereal (Special K, Crunchy Nut or Muesli), toast and a yoghurt. Although I have scrambled eggs on toast once a week and I make a special creme frâiche, bacon and mushroom breakfast at the weekend also. |
