I'd say there are women that would enjoy the pleasure of the man if he could do more to satisfy her needs. Then, would they give him that chance?

Many men refuse to visit a doctor regarding this and on many occasions it is easily fixed out

obviously more difficult if due to prostrate but again there are ways and devices, the doctor should always be first point of contact.
