Id like to invite you to take a trip down memory lane....

Remember when you were young, when you used to look up and think the moon followed the car and the summer holidays lasted forever. A time before the internet, before social network sites and a time before status updates. Remember those nights at the school disco, all the boys lined up one side and all the girls the other, the girls dancing together the boys playing tig, then it was time to make your move on the person you wanted, could you get that snog behind the bikesheds?

Those high school years, getting and education, making memories and having good times that last forever.

What song takes you back to that? What song transports you back in time in an instant?

Yes, Im looking for some song ideas for the memories of old school disco on 4th July. PM us for more details on the social

Anything from R.E.M's Reveal reminds me of coming out of Strathclyde uni's library in the summer to sit in the sunshine on a study break.

Oasis' Some Might Say reminds me of my school days, it was the first real rock song I fell in love with.

Heaven Must be Missing an Angel ~Tavares

If I hear that im right back at the shows on the waltzer full of candyfloss....bright blue eye shadow and white pearly lipstick...Oxford bags and a wee fluffy angora top. God....the trousers were like curtains and if they got wet(in the RAIN...you're bloody disgusting you lot) it was like dragging a sack o' tatties roond on yer legs....

Isn't it weird how you can smell a memory....I'm getting spun sugar, fried onions and a strong whiff of Charlie.....
