"I'm going to see them tomorrow, it's about my 4th or 5th time seeing them and they just get better and better, my all time favourite band.
Enjoy "
Thank you. |

Saw them on the 2nd June and what a huge disappointment, having to sit and listen to Glenn Frey tell everyone how great he was in between songs and believe it or not you were not allowed to stand up and dance or clap. No photo's allowed, couldn't even bring out my Iphone to text a friend to arrange a pick up after show.
The "Hell freezes over" tour was 100 x better as was their 2005 tour.
The Eagles simply didn't look like they wanted to be together at the Hydro and the only 2 that stood out were Joe Walsh and Timmothy Schmit, after that shocking show and pathetic atmosphere thanks to hydro security I think this will be the last time I waste money on the eagles.
And this is from someone who loves the eagles and has seen them many times home & in the states |

"I was there on Sat, and they were awesome. They looked to me and my friend as if they were really enjoying themselves! Don't know what happened to change this on the Monday? "
It didn't change for Monday, they were as amazing as they usually are, IMO anyway. As for Glenn telling everyone how great he was, it was all tongue in cheek, anyone could see that, all in all, it was a fantastic show. |

This was in truth one of the most boring, lack of atmosphere events I have been at, if anyone thinks Mondays show was terrific it makes me wonder how many concerts they have actually seen live. I.e. Roger Waters the Wall at the 02, this is what you call a great show that got the crowd ROARING, there was no roaring at the Eagles, lol, it was more like a morgue with everyone glued to their seats |

How many concerts have I seen, seeing as it's me you're clearly speaking of. Over the years I have been to a couple hundred or so gigs, I average about 6-8 a year and have done for the past 29 years, first gig was when I was 14. I've also been to numerous festivals, I've seen a very diverse range of singers and bands, everything from classical to the heaviest thrash metal. Having experienced all that I think I know my own mind and The History of The Eagles concert was a fabulous night. So, anyone who didn't think it was good clearly has no taste. See, I can throw comments questioning others own minds too. |

We saw them in Birmingham last week and have to say they were awesome. Glen and Don both have big egos that's common knowledge but they looked to us as if they were having a blast. Joe was undoubtedly the star of the show but all in all it was well worth the 240 mile round trip x |
