I wouldn't say there was any 'tv bars or clubs' other than maybe CJs tv night. There is the tv friendly venues though, as said above there's Dels, Polo, also Katies, Speakeasy, the Gallery and AXM all in merchant city within a stones throw from each other. |

Midweek in the summer? Doubt you'll find any out as they're allergic to sunlight.
Weekend? Delmonicas, Polo, Speakeasy, but don't get your hopes up.
My advice would be to join a TV specific site and post on the forums there that you're looking to meet. |
