I've been a non smoker for two days I've been sucking for those whole 2 days and beginning to get lock jaw!!  |

Well done you. I've been struggling for years to stop, especially after I lost my mum to lung cancer nearly 8 years ago. I was just told today that my neighbour's wife has lung cancer and it's terminal. She's the same age as me. Think that could be the final incentive for me to stop. |
