"If they get caught I would say a minimum sentence of 3 years in prison should be handed out.
Then people would certainly think twice about it. " should add a lifetime ban on top of that |

"What about driving after the night out before ? Would you still drive then "
Give it 24hrs since your last drink, (especially if you've been on a bender) if you intend to drive, best advice I've been given, then you know your defo ok to drive.

Drink = no drive
Drive = no drink
Simple!
I'm was told a reasonably simple rule of thumb.
Multiply the number of drinks by 2 and that's the minimum amount of hours to wait until you are fit to drive, time measured from the last drink.
10 drinks = 20 hours. |

Silly speed merchants. I seen someone overtake me, then spin and loose control of there car, (spun off on to grass verge, no-one was hurt etc) Had a good laugh, hell slap it in to them.

" i both agree and disagree yes if you in residential area stick to under 30 but if you on motorway or say a9 no harm in going a little fast other wise the country would grind to a halt i been on a9 behind a lorry doing 50 and seen the frustration it causes which in turns make people take silly decisions on overtaking etc |

Glad there upgrading A9 to be all duel carriageway. It can be real frustrating for people stuck behind lorry stuck at 50. |
