BIKE RUN 3rd for 2010
Jump to: Newest in thread
the proposed date for the run is the Sunday 20th of June ( if this suits most folk) with starting times to suit folk coming from different areas so we can meet up at a central point .
the route will take in some great roads and great views.
The run as always is open to all bikes and the roads covered should even out the CC's. so if you have a cruiser or a sports bike or even a 125 it will be a great day out weather permitting
As this is a requested run by 3 of the members of the site if it goes balls up i can pass the buck to them ROFL.
If you want to know the details and the start times ect. so that you get to the central point just email me and ill send them |

"Will point the pilot in this direction, hopefully see you there !"
The pilot missed the briefing (blame penny benjamin).....should be there with the usual backseat. will wait for route etc.
cheers

Hi Blackbird was up at the falls of cruachan on the A85 where the train crashed. The road is still closed hope it is cleared soon, as it is part of the route for the bike run. Fingers crossed Andy. |

ok I was just thinking ( i know dangerous thing to do )
since there are 2 meeting points before the starting point if you get what i mean .
can all those that are going please post " West" or "East" so that we all know how many are starting at what points so that we dont forget anyone
thanks BB |

ok it seems that the bike run is gaining popularity with folk or want to escape that thing called fathers day.
so here are the numbers so far
8 bikes from the west
4 bikes from central
7 bikes from the East
21 folk including pillions with every type of bike from sports bikes to HD's so when we all turn up it will be a good run since all the roads are now clear of trains lol |

"hi there am meeting the group at stirling just wonder who be there and what bikes to look out for as am a first timer."
there are a few meeting at stirling and im sure youll find them as for what bikes to look for - well dont go to the guys in the yellow jackets as you will get funny looks -
normally it is the group that is nearest the main entrance to the cafe. if you ask if anyone knows "blackbird 186" and they say yes then you are with the right group. im sure one of the central bikers will email you with details of what bike they have so you can find them |
