A tory councillor has sparked outrage by using the phrase"when rape is inevitable,lie back and enjoy it".
she apparently used the phrase to describe how powerless council planners are,personally i think she should be hung,drawn and quartered for a comment like that  |

"It is disgusting. I would understand if she said accept instead of enjoy but having used that word I feel the punishment you discribe is inapropriate and excessive."
it us when you consider she was a former mayor and sex abuse campaigner
