What do people think of these people (single women) that have a list of dos and donts on their profile? im all for a few please this and no thanks that, but the one that really gets me is the "All emails with out face picture attached will be deleted without reading" which is a little cheeky but fair enough! HOWEVER i think its down right wrong do demand a face picture on mails when the people with the demands dont have ANY pictures at all on their profile.
Does anyone else feel like this? |

Turn the topic around fella, if you had 100 ladies every day mailing you, wouldn't you wanna see pics, so you could cherry pick the good looking ones, lol..... And most ladies probably have pics they intend to send to the right recipients...... just call it supply and demand, lmao.....  |

I think anyone that has such a list is smart and justified in doing so!
1. It indicates what they like
2. lets people know they wont just meet and have sex with anyone.
3. Means they have standards!
4. means they have a mind of their own and allows them to out people that would not click with them..common sense surely??
As to pics..well unless people meet wearing balaclavas..then pics are essential.
As to asking for a pic when you dont display or send one....someone has to be first to send a pic..and if you are the one to contact first...well then a good idea to attach one.
Why o why o why do people constantly have issues with people who have preferences!! Ffs its not a cattle market!

Some ladies are discreet fella, and dont want to show their faces or body. Others are married and playing without consent, so dare not show any pics.
No point beating yourself up over it, cos thats just the way it is.... |

funny that, because some men have the same on their profile and it's probably for the same reasons I do, not because i'm picking the good looking ones, but because I am a single mother with a job that could be compromised if i met the wrong person on here. I just want to make sure I dont know you! nothing wrong with that. I dont know a stranger well enough to trust that if i sent mine first and he did know me, he'd keep his mouth shut...simply because, once bitten....
I am asking that guy to trust me, if he cant then no hard feelings, good luck, i'll wait until one comes along that does or has less to lose.
It is NOT just single women that ask this, so do couples, so do men...we're just the easier, more obvious target! |

funny that, because some men have the same on their profile and it's probably for the same reasons I do, not because i'm picking the good looking ones, but because I am a single mother with a job that could be compromised if i met the wrong person on here. I just want to make sure I dont know you! nothing wrong with that. see the problem is the majority of guys on site are cool but there is the odd one or two fuckin nutcases!!
i had a guy threaten to post my face pic and profile pics round about my home town i ended up leaving the site as i could have lost my job my kid my family the lot i was ill for wks at the thought of it and decided until i seen a pic of them and had built up trust there would be no face pics sent xx |

ok im goin to be brutal here and if it offends you i apologize but i will say it as it is.......
1 it saves ping pong messages then you see a pic and they not what you looking for.
2. single females outweigh men they can afford to lay down the rules.
3. try being a single fem on here for a wk its hard work sometimes you got to be brutal to save time and effort.
4. they may and i emphasise MAY be guys posing as women.
5. you dont need to mail them if their profile and demands scare you. x |

We think asking for a face pic with the initial message is a bit of a cheek.
We would never give out, or expect given, face pics right away as there are too many fake profiles out there. |

You have a point, we wouldn't ask for any pics unless we were willing to show ours too.....yes, people like discretion, and that is a wise thing, but surely they shouldn't expect it to be one sided.
I would just avoid those profiles that ask for pics that won't send their own, you have as much right to privacy and safety as them. |

Exactly! and I said that here too...yes, I do ask for a pic, if you dont like it, dont send it...move on! the choice is yours, but no-one should compromise their requirements to suit a few that don't like your rules, find someones rules you do like!
And again, stop attacking single women! we are NOT the only ones that ask for this!!! |

well if your a guy and dont send face pic we just delete you , there needs to be an attraction there for female so whats the point in dragging out a conversation only to find out in the end there`s no chance of anything going to happen,but we try to reply to all mails even if to say no thanks  |

everyone has different comfort zones for various reasons. bottom line is if you dont like something about some elses profile or way they like to sort who they do or dont meet then just dont mail em lol !! plenty of other fishes in the pond that is swinging  |

In my opinion, and to be honest I am not as experienced as the rest of the people commenting on this, got to be honest, if your asking for a face pic, why dont you have one yourself! I know guys can be wackos, but honestly, has anybody met a girl that isnt also! I know that we can pick and choose via this site but I have said "Hi" to females and the first response is "You got a face pic" even though they themselves have the "black shadow" In my experience, black shadow profiles equals time wasters |

why dont you read the above, there's different reasons.
BTW, I've never wasted anyones time...same cant be said for some guys with pics, having a pic on your profile ds not mean you're less likely to be one. |

Of course there are different reasons as to why people do not want to share face pics and I understand that people only want to meet people they find attractive, however I have e-mailed women with NO pics who say I wont chat unless you have a face pic! The way I see it at least have a pic on your profile if you are asking for some sort of reciprocation, also noticed you dont have any on ur profile! |

Have read this thread with interest and I think there are a lot of valid points. I have to agree that everyone has preferences and after all who is going to want to meet someone whose pic they havent seen , but if its too much trouble to converse for a bit before receiving a pic then i for one would be put off meeting such a person. I do have face pics on profile but not as the main profile pic so when asked for a face pic i know the sender hasnt read my profile properly in the first place.
We need a bit of attraction , stimulation of the mind and intellectual conversation goes a long way as does intelligence , so use your brain and stop and think why someone might not have a pic , excercise patience and respect that persons discretion needs and eventually it might be the beginning of a beautiful friendship, give people the benefit of the doubt and await the pics , it could be worth your while. |

well my 2p worth...if you ask for a pic...you need to be prepared to send 1 too,,i know all are diffrent but i just cant be arsed with all the tooing and frowing of emails then at the end of it get a pic and think ,,oh hell,,,how do we get outa this 1??? 
best get the face pics outa the way so the fun,,,or not..can begin lol v

Well this thread has opened a can of worms eh! half sorry i started it now lol
But every single point made on this thread is valid in my view, I never contact these folks who have the "pic or delet" on their profiles for the simple point of if they cant at leat say "do you have a pix and i will return the favour" they just seem like timewasters.
And to all the folk that say its to out weridos i hear that also but surley having a chat with these folks can the weridos out with out a guy having to send a pic in the first instance to let be honest could also be a werido.. Its not just guys that can be strange! |
