I have stupidly had social meets at my house but stopped doing that now so a coffee or a pint in my case lol in a public place when it comes to online meets you never know who you will meet so always best to be safe and have people around if something goes wrong

Good call fi. It's very true . All the chatting and msging online goes for nothing.

Some guy thinks I've got a lot of public pics on display(which I have ) and is worried I might be recognized

Always first meet in a bar or coffee shop, gives either party opportunity to have one drink and. Make excuses to leave if things don't feel right

Any meet ive had has mostly been socially first in a public place or at one of the socials but when i first joined i did have one or 2 meet at my place which i also felt safe about as i have security cameras ,a mega big base ball bat and a mean right hook so ive been told

I state on my profile any first meet will likely be public, after all getting kinky takes trust and both parties being comfortable-not to mention you would think a woman meeting a guy would want it public...not always the case in my experience though.

I would imagine public is better for both parties in most cases. as It gives a chance to get to know each other and ensure safety. alas not everyone around here is perfectly sane. we do get a few nutters unfortunately

As a general rule always somewhere public. I have made exceptions to this and gone to theirs but made sure people knew where and when. Never at mine.

Of course people we know and trust could just as easilly be axe murders sadly

Always public even as a couple we meet for a drink in a bar or at a coffee shop..could be as nice as pie chatting online but a total different person in the flesh.you just never no how people will be.

We usually have ours in a public place and we usually say thats it drinks only then we'll arrange another met if everyone is happy to. Give everyone a chance to make their mind up with no pressure.

Occasionally a first public meet has turned into a very private first meet as well and thats cool. Never say never

Sometimes we've gone to someones house but thats only after chatting for a while.
