Hey i read a book by a guy called Allen Carr (not the comedian!) about stopping smoking. I think if you're in the right frame of mind and really want to quit it helps-he makes you look at smoking in a different way and kinda changes the way you think about it |

Polo's, chewing gum, or boiling to suck on. Get a stress ball to keep the hands busy. If thats too vanilla then suck on a dildo, ball gag or wear a gimp mask to stop you putting the fag in your mouth and for the hands use cuffs or I could practice my shibari on you. |

Firstly you must want to quit...it is easy to say you want to...but mean it and repeat it over and over in your head...get rid of all smoking apparatus cig papers tobacco anything that triggers the memory...don't drink for the first few days as this can also be a trigger...other than than will power and patches will help...
Best of luck Fi...

Get your doctor to prescribe champix tablets as they can help a lot but you must want to stop plus they do av side effects but not everyone suffers from them good luck and when you do try again stick at it as the cravings only last a short time seconds in some cases |

Never having smoked all I can do is wish you luck Fi.
But when my old boss quit he found it was hard keeping his hands busy so he used to have carrot sticks on his desk to hold and munch when he felt like a ciggie. It worked for him and he even lost weight too lol |
