GOD HELP ME FOR ASKING THIS BUT HEY...HERE GOES...

Good diet, lots of hydration and no alcohol or coffee all help (they are diuretic)

I believe you have to abstain and also bring yourself to the edge of cumming several times but not actually let it happen.

everyone is different, but found that a cpl of days abstaining and then CPL of HOURS play always looks impressive lol.

ok im aware how weird this is going to sound , but i have a friend in the medical profession she is a doctor and after consulting her on a few of my problems this being one of them she told me some of it is mental believe it or not and that yes not doing anything for a week does help too , she also stated diet can have a lot to do with it as well , foods that are high in protein such as tuna can help , not eating fods high in salt which can dehydrate the body are also good for this , hope this helps and yes im being serious lol . oh reading that back to myself getting it up so to speak was not one of my problems before you go there lol .
