Ok I know that this is going to maybe sound shallow but I want to know what others think..
You get a message. Well written, nice profile. No face pics but a sexy back,etc. not bits .
you reply the chat is good and then you swap face pics. Suddenly they go silent cos its you. Or you do because the attraction is suddenly lost.
How do you deal with this without feeling bad or guilty. I admit I just go silent on the person but what do you say??? |

honest and polite, i know you never like the thought of intentionally hurting someones feelings but better to be honest than to just cease all communication, besides if youse got on well in correspondence theres no reason youse cant stay friends online. after all we don't all play with everyone on our friends list |

We always try to exchange face pics quickly to avoid this happening. Would feel awkward having chats and getting along well and then realising there's no attraction when they send pics. |

Just tell it like it is! No point in mucking about, I always feel their has to bean attraction.

The only other option is to quickly change the topic of your chat from the sexy shenanigans you plan on getting up to together to another subject such as the political situation in Ukraine. That should start to send the message that there's no attraction  |

Also, this does bring up the question of whether you'd sleep with the person anyway, even if you didn't find their pic attractive, as you'd been getting along really well?
We've seen plenty of people on here saying that they find an interesting mind etc more attractive than looks but I'm afraid for us if there's no physical attraction then nothing can really change that. |

We just say sorry not 4 us but happy swingin. ....b honest. ...we r supposed to b grown ups ...silence we personally find rude. .but each to their own. ......but as other people have quoted we try and swap early on...then its easier to just b polite and say thanks but not 4 us  |

I need both. I need someome to turn on my mind before Id even consider letting them near the rest of me!
That said personality counts for so much in my book. Many gorgeous people who are dull, arrogant or just not nice.
Some people grow on you as you get to know them more
