6 teaspoon sweetner
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg........makes two pancakes
seperate the yolk and white into separate bowls add 3 teaspoons sweetner whisk till peeks , add remaning sweetner and vanilla essence to yolk mix then fold this into the egg white then fry in fry light , very sweet serve with mixed berries ....delish  |

Mr KK does the pancake making!
Itll be later when hes home from work and the kids are back from school!
We normally have a little sugar and some lemon juice! |
