never been to a gym in my life and i have no intention to go to any as the great outdoors is my gym i dont need to lift dead weights and fight for mirror space to see how good i look or share showers with roid head's who think having bigger muscles will make up for having a smaller brain capacity or anything else lol then again that's just my humble opinion and i do agree that working out is better than most folks sitting in the pub knocking back pints but i think that there is much more to be gained from capitalising on the great outdoors and fresh air that nature provided for us all rather and a sweaty lil room somewhere ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

I used to train outdoors until I moved to the city, miss it.
I'm afraid my gym is VERY guilty for poseurs! In a way it makes you more focused because of all the tanned toned, guys with skinny wee legs lol |

As I don't have regular 9-5 hours I benefit from being a member of a 24 hour gym. I wouldn't feel particularly safe running in the dark late at night . That said when i have daytime free I do take advantage of the great outdoors. |

I do pole dancing at least 4 hours a week, plus I have a rowing machine, skipping ropes and a very hyper gun dog that needs a walk every day. Then there's all the gardening I've been doing of late. |

My local gym. I have plenty of places I could walk near me hills, the canal ect but the fact that I don't pay for them means I have no push to walk them. Not in to weight lifting or spending every spare min in the gym few hours a week is more than enough for me |
