Right people, I read today that synthetic panties only absorb between 3 and 4 % of moisture and they are looking to increase that to a threshold of 6% which when discussing this with the wife resulted in the conclusion that she produces more than 6% and they would be pointless hence why she she prefers to be ' cruising in the breeze '

'Freedom To Panties': Lacy Underwear Ban In Russia, Belarus & Kazakhstan Sparks Protests
Sara C NelsonHuffington Post UK 18/02/14 13:36
New trade rules will see synthetic lingerie banned in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan from July.
The law will ban the production, importing or selling of underwear that does not reach a 6 per cent threshold for moisture absorption, which aims to prevent products potentially harmful to customers.
Moisture absorption in many of the most popular synthetic material mixtures for lace panties is around 3 to 3.6 per cent, the Moscow Times writes.
