Over there

I am heading there a few times over the coming weeks - does anyone know if there are any couples or ladies looking to meet for a flirt and some fun?

No it won't! Well, depending on how close is close.

Dunoon is a PA Paisley postcode, and it's separated from KA by a 20 minute ferry journey. Or you could take the scenic route, it's only the best part of 100 miles from KA!

Aye, I worked out the 'huge postcode area in Scotland' issue.

And this being the local forum, I thought it was asking, as well as saying hello.

SO, hello...!

Glasgow

In the late 1960s, Dunoon was the subject of a song entitled "Why Don't They Come Back to Dunoon?" by The Humblebums.

This was a less-than-flattering ditty, mourning the declining tourist trade in the town. "There was a competition in a Glasgow newspaper," Billy Connolly once said, in a short interjection during a 1969 performance of the song. "The first prize was a week in Dunoon, and the second prize was a fortnight in Dunoon."
