Seen a pic on fb of the former rangers star,who is suffering from motor neuron disease.
such a shame to see such a strong person,who was a hero to so many,being worn down by this horrible and debilitating illness |

The reception he got today at Ibrox will have filled his heart with so many emotions.
A player that played with passion and pride for his club and team mates, what playing football should be about and not about mega buck contracts and WAGS.

It is sad when people with a special talent like Davie Cooper, Phil O'Donnell, Jimmy Johnstone, Tommy Burns and Ian Redford are taken from us so soon.
It makes you realise how lucky you are and you only live once.
Great to see both sides of the old firm wishing Fernando Ricksen well.
It was the same when the news broke about Stan Petrov.
But sadly you still have the odd minority of idiots out there and "Bigotry" is like a disease in this country that will never be cured.

rangers and celtic fans love and follow there club and always will but life more important than both of them put together at times like this good 2 see the divide is not so big always get some arseholes on both sides but thats life hail hail no i mean follow follow life 2 short guys |
