Folks I saw something on facebook yesterday that needs a mention, if you take your pics with a smartphone make sure you turn off geo tagging as there is a free app that can map where the photo was taken ie people could identify your house
The clip I saw was on an American news channel so its genuine, get your settings changed quick lol

Its not an option on the phone, but if you allowed the camera app on your phone to 'use your location' then your pictures are more than likely geo tagged. you'd need to go into the privacy / location settings and dis-allow the camera app access to use your location. |

Also known as GPs tagging,
For samsung users press your camera app
click on options top left of the screen, then scroll down to GPS tag. select on or off as to your preference.
Ive had mines set to off since Ive had my phone, over a year ago
